Good spot for dinner before a Charleston WV civic center show. The food is well above hotel restaurant food.
I came in with modest expectations and they were massively exceeded. Highlights (in order) 1. Pork chop. This is a really lovely dish. Mustard gravy on top, with baby potatoes and broccolini on the side. I should have taken a photo but it was gone too fast. 2. Arugula salad. Nice and simple/light: 3. Service. One barman handling bar and tables but didn't miss a beat. 4. Makers mark Manhattan. Only so-so bits 1. Old fashioned (too sweet) 2. Wines by the glass (but I'm a huge wine snob) For a hotel restaurant this is a killer choice.

Fun, kinda kitschy looking decor with lots of different styles of seating including a barstool/table seating, regular tables & chairs & sofa seating for lounging. The chicken Caesar salad is huge & delicious! It had just the right amount of dressing with every bite! Half of my friend's bacon burger had to be taken home because it was a very big portion. She said that it was cooked & seasoned well.

Kick ass room service !!! One burger, two fries, a Caesar salad, 2 Pepsis, a slice of cheesecake and a list of requests all delivered with care and accuracy ! They nailed it and all of it was great ! Very nice to get something far beyond my expectations. I highly recommend.
